The Paraflow consultants could support and provide their experience and obtained knowledge in the form of consulting assistance by defining and planning processes, development of different IT systems, systems and data migration, structuring and optimization the IT environment, monitoring and management of the resources, etc.

Onsite services

Most of the IT projects require installation activities and different equipment configuration. During a project implementation Paraflow will alocate consultants on site to meet the relevant client teams, discuss the current state/status of the network resources, the systems and the application software and the requirements of the project. After this meeting the client will receive an exemplary or detailed plan for action according to the variation of the network equipment services, software versions or products and configuration or implementation project services. The suggested services could be performed on site or could be done remotely depending on the client specification.

Duration: From 1 hour or depending on the project plan. 

Remote services

The customers need urgent services or insignificant configuration changes in the network equipment, the systems or the application software often. Paraflow may provide consultants who could participate in various meetings on behalf of the customer after his preliminarily approval. This will yield to the following benefits: better explanation of IT technologies in front of top management, demonstration of high-end functionality, advice of the proper choice of equipment, systems and applications software, etc. These services include equipment verification and check-up of the installed programs, re-configuration and optimization, support and assistance activities by the technical exploitation of the equipment and the programs.  In this case Paraflow can arrange a consultant to work together with the qualified client team representatives immediately or in suitable for the client time.The remote services could be offered even by big projects where a preliminary planning is needed as well as preparation of the device configurations, programs parameterization and whole systems. They cover, but are not limited to the verification of the functionality, planning, design and documentation preparation.
