The customer is contacted and alerted with the current status of the service – accepted, ordered components, being repaired, ready, etc.

Equipment diagnostic and repair services

These services are related to diagnosing and repair of the device failures and its recurrent maintenance intervals. 

• Diagnostic and repair of printing devices – ink based, laser, large format, passport and matrix printing devices
