Paraflow is implementing important projects in the public administration, financial sector, industry, education and commerce. Building one of the world's most advanced e-justice systems
The Malawi prosecution and judiciary case management system created by Paraflow is an innovative approach based on the Microsoft Share Point platform with integrated tools for digitalization and biometric authentication.

Building a private cloude IT infrastructure at UniCredit Bulbank
As a result of the large private cloud project 90% of the bank’s infrastructure is virtualized, the efficiency of recovering after technical problems is increased and the use of resources is fully optimized.
Paraflow was involved with three of the Cloud’s systems – design, delivery and implementation of the network (Cisco), delivery and implementation of the Cloud’s server (HP), implementation of the software (Microsoft Hyper-V) and migration of existing applications.

The American university in Bulfaria with a technological platform for interactive learning
The American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) has the most advanced network technology platform for interactive learning in the country. The project facilitates the educational and research process, and provides connectivity to students and teachers according to global standards. It was implemented in partnership with Hewlett-Packard (HP).

Technological integration of the Electronic communications network and the National public administratio network
The project for technological integration of the Electronic communications network and the National network of public administration was given a special award for exclusive contribution to the development of e-services in the administration at the ceremony "IT Project of the Year". It is an extension of the project to build the National network of public administration – NAMDA, which has been realized for 14 years. The manager of the project in his first phase was Nikolay Avramov – Managing Director of Paraflow Communications.

A web system optimizes the printing costs at BACB
Paraflow implemented a program to optimize printing costs and fast delivery of consumables at the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB). The solution automates the procurement of original consumables throughout the whole office structure of the Bank

Implementation of a customer service center at Sopharma Trading and it`s integration with the rest of the company’s systems
„The successfully performed implementation of the Customer Service Center at Sopharma Trading AD, through the Paraflow integration platform with the ERP and CRM software, allowed for the Call center to recognize automatically the customers from an incoming call. By identifying the customer, the call is put through to a group of agents servicing the particular region. When answering the call, the operator receives information about the client’s name, account number, current credit limit, available Help Desk open tickets, customer priority, price levels, execution rate of the sales target and the next best delivery time. "
