Customer Service Specialist for Burgas Office

We are expanding our team in the city of Burgas and are looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Service Specialist for the Burgas office.
Focus of activity
Service of information and communication systems and hardware platforms of clients – remotely or on site.
As a Customer Service Specialist, we will expect you to:
- communicate with the client regarding received service requests;
- perform analysis and diagnostics of the cause of the client's problem;
- resolve requests related to the client's IT systems within the agreed deadlines;
- install, configure and update operating systems and systems providing information security (antivirus, antispam, etc.);
- install workstations, user software and peripherals;
- repair defective client equipment;
- document the activities performed in processing service requests;
- escalate requests to a higher engineering level in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Education in the field of information technology;
- Experience in supporting operating systems, applications and hardware platforms;
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, web browsers;
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking;
- Very good command of Bulgarian (written and spoken);
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Driver's license;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Analytical skills to identify, analyze and quickly solve problems.
