Hotline Operator

We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and responsible Hotline Operator.

Our team of highly qualified specialists has extensive experience in the implementation and implementation of complex infrastructure, network and cloud solutions, automation solutions, information security and complete digital transformation. We offer delivery of IT products, technical service and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as a wide range of IT consulting services.

As a Hotline Operator, we will expect you to:
- receive and register requests in our service information system;
- communicate with customers regarding the status and details of received requests;
- analyze and diagnose the root cause of the technical problems that have arisen;
- prioritize, distribute and redirect requests to the relevant specialists;
- monitor compliance with response and execution deadlines;
- control the timely and correct completion of information in the service system;
- know the product lines of the key manufacturers we work with.
Requirements:
- Education or experience in the field of information technology;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, Web browsers);
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Good command of Bulgarian and English (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Analytical thinking for quick identification and resolution of problems;
- Skills for parallel execution of tasks and proper prioritization.
Advantages:

- Experience in working with user request management systems (Help Desk / Service Desk);
- Experience in working with web-based business applications.
