Optimization of sales processes and digitalization of customer management


The Paraflow team successfully implemented a project to expand and develop CRM functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for its long-standing client operating in the Healthcare sector – PHOENIX PHARMA.

 

The project was aimed at optimizing the work of sales representatives, improving customer base management and ensuring integration with external systems.

Main highlights of the implementation:

 

  • Configuring an extended customer structure with the introduction of hierarchical relationships for connected customers.
  • Defining new user roles and access rights.
  • Implementing tools for managing and tracking customer turnover and sales representative visits.
  • Introducing automated notifications to increase operational efficiency.
  • Developing personalized dashboards for visualization of key business indicators.

 

A key aspect of the solution is the integration with an external system, which provides synchronization of customer data, profiles and turnover. Additionally, a module was built for automated data import from Excel files, facilitating the loading of market shares and other specific business indicators.

 

The project ended with full testing of the functionalities, provision of technical and user documentation and training of end users.


Results and effect

The project is another step in the long-standing partnership between Paraflow and PHOENIX PHARMA, within which the CRM system was further expanded and adapted to the real needs of the sales teams. Customer data and turnover are managed in a more structured way, sales representatives' visits are tracked in real time, and managers have a clear picture through personalized dashboards and reports.

 

Integration with external systems and automated data import reduced manual work and the risk of errors, and the training provided facilitated the rapid adoption of new functionalities.
