Founded in 2000, with a focus on the production of specialized scales, the company evolved in response to the dynamic needs of heavy industry and logistics. A key moment in its development was 2009, when Kobastar opened its own high-tech factory. Today, the brand is an internationally recognized manufacturer of complete weighing systems with a capacity from 10 kg to 200 tons.

Kobastar stationary axle scales
Kobastar stationary axle scales are designed for static and dynamic measurement of vehicle axle loads. In static weighing, the vehicle stops on the platform and each axle is measured separately, while in dynamic weighing, the vehicle passes through the platform at a constant speed of about 7 km/h.
The measurement results are visualized on a local display, and the total value can also be monitored on a remote display. The system is designed specifically for axle load control and is not intended for commercial weighing or calculating the net weight of the load by summing the axle loads.
Kobastar axle scales are designed for intensive traffic and high throughput, and can be integrated with a computer system for audible signaling in case of overloading and for recording and archiving all measurements. They are suitable for construction sites, logistics bases, checkpoints and industrial zones.
Kobastar portable axle scales
Kobastar portable axle scales are designed to measure the axle load of various vehicles - trucks, tractors, trailers, tractors and specialized equipment. Thanks to their lightweight aluminum alloy construction, they are easy to transport and quickly put into operation at various sites.
The scales have a specially designed compact platform with built-in strain gauges, and internal rubber ramps allow vehicles to easily climb onto the platform. The low height of only 38 mm eliminates the need for additional approaches. The standard dimensions of the platform are 500 × 700 × 38 mm.
The system offers wired and wireless indicators, with each axle being weighed separately, and the total weight is calculated and visualized on the display. It provides high measurement accuracy. The indicator can be connected wirelessly to the platforms and is supplied with a special transport bag. Optionally, it can be equipped with a thermal printer that prints the axle weights, total weight, date and time of measurement.
Kobastar portable axle scales are light, mobile and easy to carry, thanks to the built-in handle, making them an ideal solution for construction sites, control points and field measurements. Operating temperature range -10 C° to 40 C°. Protection class IP 66.
Truck scale with steel platform - TS1 Golden Series
Kobastar TS1 Golden Series – Truck scale with steel platform, designed for installation on terrain with concrete approaches. Platform dimensions: from 3 × 6 m to 3 × 24 m. Maximum load: from 60 t to 120 t. Classic industrial IPE construction with high strength, designed for operation in harsh operating conditions and under intensive load – construction sites, quarries, industrial sites. Easy to assemble and disassemble, with the possibility of moving if necessary. Equipment: K1 weight indicator – OIML R76, EU Type Approved, RS232 – Kobastar TS load cells – compression type, 30 t, OIML R60 C4, IP68 – Load cell mounting kits – protection against side loads.
Truck scale with steel platform - TS2 Bosphorus Series

TS3 Simplon® Series Pit-Type Truck Weighbridge is a heavy-duty platform scale
The TS3 Simplon® Series Pit-Type Truck Weighbridge is a heavy-duty platform scale manufactured with high quality standards and modern technology. Platform dimensions: from 3 × 6 m to 3 × 22 m. Maximum load: from 40 t to 100 t. Designed for ease of use and maneuverability in confined spaces, the platform is installed underground, saving space in places such as factory entrances. The platform is made of IPE steel with a top plate of at least 10 mm thickness, which ensures long-lasting operation in harsh conditions. Key advantages: Increased load capacity: carries 50% more than the rated capacity, operates smoothly even above the design weight. Checkweighers Kobastar
Checkweighers Kobastar – CW series. Kobastar checkweighers of the CW series are designed for fast and precise weight checking of products in production lines, mainly in the food industry and industrial applications. The systems operate at high speed and maximum accuracy, optimizing the production process and minimizing weight deviations. Integration with metal detectors for detecting foreign objects is possible, which guarantees consumer safety and brand protection.
Crane Scale OCS-K
The OCS-K crane scale is an electronic scale designed for weighing loads lifted by overhead or mobile cranes. The load is measured directly by hanging it on the crane hook, which provides fast and effective weight control in an industrial environment. The scale has a remote control, reading capability and a clear, easy-to-read LED display with high brightness (1.2”). The model is equipped with a dual battery and energy-saving mode, ensuring reliable operation during intensive operation. The OCS-K combines robustness, accuracy and ease of use, optimizing weighing processes in construction, manufacturing and logistics.

Kobastar Elevator Overload Control Set – elevator overload control system
The Kobastar elevator overload control system is designed to provide a high level of safety, reliable operation and precise control in modern buildings. The solution effectively prevents elevator car overload, protecting both equipment and passengers.
The system consists of two main components that work together:
OKI – overload controller A compact weight controller with high-precision vibration and oscillation filtration, equipped with 3 relays and 1 input. Designed specifically for overload protection, OKI is suitable for elevators, cranes and single-material filling systems. The controller processes the signals from the sensors and issues the necessary warnings and control signals.
ELV Elevator Overload Sensor. A specially designed elevator load cell mounted under the car that precisely measures the load. The sensor eliminates the risk of overload and contributes to the stable and safe operation of the elevator system.
Kobastar DMA Dynamometers – for measuring force and tension
Kobastar DMA dynamometers are strain gauges for measuring force, working in the tension direction, with a built-in display and high accuracy. They are made of a special high-strength aluminum alloy used in the aviation industry, with a hard anodized coating, ensuring resistance to harsh operating and atmospheric conditions.
Both wired versions with analog and digital output are available, as well as wireless models with an external handheld terminal, allowing remote control and monitoring. Wireless models provide up to 80 hours of continuous operation with a built-in rechargeable battery. DMA dynamometers are widely used in construction, industrial testing, lifting equipment and load control, allowing individual or group monitoring of up to 16 dynamometers simultaneously. BK Series Belt Scales
BK series belt scales are designed for continuous measurement of the transport capacity and the total amount of bulk materials transported on a conveyor belt. The system determines the weight of the material depending on the belt speed, ensuring constant control of production processes.
The BK series allows continuous registration and reporting of materials coming from mines, quarries or production lines, with reports by shifts, days, months and years, helping to optimize production efficiency. The amount of material can be monitored in t/h, kg/h, kg/m, kg, m/t sec. and %.
The system consists of strain gauges, a speed sensor and a control indicator and can be easily integrated into existing conveyor belts. The control module is equipped with a 32-bit ARM processor, high-precision Δ-Σ A/D conversion and a 160 × 32 dot-matrix LCD display. Supports digital adjustment and calibration, automatic zero tracking, speed and tape length calibration.
The housing is shockproof, waterproof and dustproof, corrosion resistant and suitable for wall mounting in harsh industrial environments.
