The service offered by Paraflow as a long-standing gold integrator of Cisco provides a centralized cloud infrastructure that ensures a secure, stable, and transparent IT environment for maintenance. It is designed for companies with up to 50 users at a location and is available throughout the country.
The installation and initial configuration includes:
- Delivery and installation of the following equipment:
- Meraki MX series (firewall/security appliance)
- Meraki MR series (wireless access points)
- Configuration via Meraki Dashboard:
- WAN/LAN/VLAN settings
- Wireless networks – SSID, security (WPA2/WPA3)
- Guest access with speed and time restrictions
- Traffic rules, QoS, and Layer 7 control
- VPN (Site-to-Site / Client VPN)
Service Management
- Centralized management via the cloud Meraki Dashboard
- Remote monitoring of client's devices and traffic
- Notifications in case of incidents (example, lost WAN, Rogue AP, etc.)
- Implementation of access policies, security, web filtering (optional)
- Reporting on network traffic and usage (monthly/upon request)
