Paraflow has implemented a business system for operational analysis for PROPHON

The leading Bulgarian system integrator Paraflow has made a series of successful implementations in the company for collective management of neighboring rights in music PROPHON, which will lead to comprehensive optimization of its work. Thanks to the modernizations introduced, the results are in: higher accountability and monitoring of resources, improved information structuring and predictability of financial indicators.

The migration of PROPHON’s infrastructure to the Cloud, powered by a Microsoft 365 subscription, started in July 2023. Based on the standard functionality of the platform, Paraflow’s team of highly qualified experts has developed systems and processes for enhancing work, which include:

• Infrastructure optimization – users, emails, file servers.
• Task Management Module, included in all major units of the organization. It allows for managing and reporting the tasks of all members of the team, a process of approval, reporting and finalizing.
• Building a module for internal authorization of documents and document workflow (EASY365). In practice, it is a document management system, tailor-made for the client and their specific needs.
• Building a system for operational analysis (Business Intelligence BI) – includes the data of all major units of the company.
• Building an application for budgeting process automation. 

The variety of activities in PROPHON necessitates the introduction of a modern and streamlined system for managing processes and improving work with performers, producers and all business users of their music recordings. The new systems implemented are both flexible and precise, and enable making prompt decisions in the company, based on detailed analyses.
