The challenges associated with the implementation of the project relate to the deployment of a new network architecture, and hence a new thinking model, with the ultimate goal of one logical data center in the bank, located in two buildings.
The project is important for the bank's activities for the following reasons:
1. The natural evolution of applications and the connections between them.
2. Strengthening East-West traffic in data centers and virtualization at the container level.
3. Increasing the level of security.
4. Increasing speeds and the number of servers.
Modern applications increasingly require a new approach to network core latency.
Goals
The goals that UBB sets for itself are related to increasing security and the need for intelligent network segmentation, the need for higher speeds to computing resources in data centers and between the two centers, as well as the need for centralized automation for device management. The leading task is, with the help of Paraflow's experts, to modernize some of the technologies that are at the end of their life cycle.
