From cloud services to critical data protection: highlights from the Paraflow and IBM forum
Paraflow and IBM present solutions for data protection, cloud infrastructure and business continuity
On June 11, at the Grand Hotel Millennium, Sofia, Paraflow Communications held the specialized forum "Intelligent Cybersecurity and Cyberresilience", organized with the support of IBM.
The event brought together Paraflow clients from the public sector and business, representatives of the IT community, technology partners and managers, who discussed the current challenges facing organizations in the face of growing cyber risks and accelerated digital transformation.
Among the main topics of the program were cybersecurity trends through Paraflow's experience, as well as the opportunities for building a modern and secure IT infrastructure using IBM technologies.
In his opening remarks, Paraflow Communications CEO Emil Georgakiev emphasized the importance of comprehensive data protection strategies as a condition for achieving continuity and resilience.
Yasen Shishkov, Head of Cybersecurity at Paraflow Communications, shared observations and practical conclusions of the company from real projects and implementations, drawing attention to the most common threats and approaches to increasing the cyber protection of organizations.
Within the technological sessions, IBM Bulgaria experts presented solutions for protecting critical data and modernizing the infrastructure, including IBM Storage Solutions for achieving cyber resilience, IBM Cloud for building a flexible and scalable cloud infrastructure, as well as IBM Optim for creating secure test environments and using archive data for AI.
The event provided an opportunity for the exchange of practical experience, discussions on real business cases and familiarization with good practices for risk management in the modern digital environment.
