Paraflow provided IT equipment and furniture for seven digital clubs
Digital clubs part of the Regional Library in Targovishte, five community centers in regions Blagoevgrad and Lovech, and at the Regional Union of KT Podkrepa – Shumen – built with the IT expertise of Paraflow
Five community centers, registered in the Public Register of Community Centers and Community Center Associations, the Regional Library 'Petar Stupov' in Targovishte, and the Regional Union of KT Podkrepa in Shumen now manage their own digital clubs. The projects were implemented under procedure BG-RRP-1.024 'Building a network of digital clubs', financed through the direct allocation of funds to specific end recipients (SERs) for investment implementation under the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Paraflow Communication, in its capacity as a contractor under agreements, delivered and commissioned IT equipment and furnishings for the digital clubs of:
- Community Center 'Goce Delchev 1964', Slivnitsa village, Kresna municipality;
- Community Center 'Hristo Smirnenski 1960', Dolna Gradeshnitsa village, Kresna municipality;
- Community Center 'Kultura 1932', Kresna town;
- Community Center 'Valcho Ruskovski - 1894', Ugarchin town;
- Community Center 'Probudа - 1927', Kirchevo village, Ugarchin municipality;
- Regional Library 'Petar Stapov', Targovishte town;
- Regional Union of KT Podkrepa – Shumen
For each of the projects, the required number of workstations has been established according to the population size of the respective settlement.
The clubs are equipped with latest-generation computer configurations, software, peripheral devices, and other technical equipment, according to the specific project proposals of the CCP. Among the equipment installed by Paraflow are also: video projectors, projection screens, multifunction devices, monitors, interactive displays, printers, etc. A two-year warranty service is provided.
The digital clubs operate in the buildings of the respective facilities, with each club under the Program also provided with broadband internet access, min 100 Mbps.
Procedure BG-RRP-1.024 is implemented as part of Investment C1.I3. “Providing training in digital skills and creating an adult learning platform” from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The goal is to increase public participation in lifelong learning and social inclusion by providing opportunities for remote e-learning through the establishment of a network of digital clubs across the country, equipped with suitable technology and internet connectivity, allowing free access to individuals.
