A procedure BG16RFPR001-1.012 "Digitalization of Enterprises" is open under the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021–2027, which allows micro and small organizations to accelerate their digital transformation and prepare for Industry 4.0 in the context of low levels of digitalization in Bulgaria.
The expert team of Paraflow is ready to assist you and offers solutions and systems that are fully compliant with the program requirements and ready for financing:
- Implementation of a retail sales management module/system (POS)
- Implementation of an internal training system/platform
- Development of an information protection system
- Development of an information backup system
- Development of a system for information storage and sharing management
The deadline for submitting project proposals is 4:30 PM on September 26, 2025.

What does the procedure foresee?
- BFI – up to 70% funding and 30% co-financing
- Budget – 80 million BGN.
- BFI: from 5,000 BGN to 50,000 BGN.
- Deadline: September 26, 2025, 16:30 through ISUN.
Who can apply?
- Micro or small organizations, registered no later than December 31, 2023;
- With total net sales revenue for 2023 and 2024 ≥ 100,000 BGN;
- Average number of staff ≥ 2 employees;
- Eligible activity according to KID-2008, outside the ICT sector.
Paraflow solutions are fully compatible and ready for funding.
All solutions and systems:
- are at fixed prices, approved according to the program methodology;
- include mandatory training for employees;
- are supported for a minimum of 3 years after funding.
Regional Prioritization and Priority Sectors
Priority Areas:
- Group 1: Vidin, Silistra, Smolyan, Kyustendil, Razgrad, Pernik, Montana, Targovishte, Yambol, Lovech, Kardzhali, Sliven, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Shumen, Haskovo;
- Group 2: Pazardzhik, Pleven, Vratsa, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Blagoevgrad, Sofia Province;
- Group 3: Burgas, Stara Zagora, Varna, Plovdiv;
- No Priority: Sofia City (capital).
National Priority Sectors according to NSMSP 2021–2027:
- High-tech production: C21, C26;
- Medium to high-tech: C20, C27, C28, C29, C30;
- Waste management and recycling: E38, E39;
- High-tech services with intensive knowledge use: J59, J60, J61, M71, M72.
