The American University in Bulgaria (AUB) has one of the most advanced network technology platforms for interactive learning in the country. This strengthens AUBG's position as a leading educational institution in the region. The platform was created and updated with the help of the Paraflow team.
The American University in Bulgaria strives to educate its students in an excellent academic environment using the most advanced technologies. HPE and Paraflow enable the university to provide network connectivity for innovative education at a world-class level, and students to have access to information and educational content at any time and from any location.
The new technological platform built at AUBG allows every student to connect to the university network through their computer and also have access to the Internet. With nearly 1,000 students and over 80 professors from four continents, the modern network infrastructure allows for the ever-wider use of interactive services in the educational process and during student recreation in the dormitories. Some of these services include live online video, voice streaming, television - produced by internal or external sources for the university. The technological environment provides the necessary capacity of AUBG's wireless infrastructure, which guarantees 100% coverage in all university buildings at speeds up to 100 Mbps and the ability for 5,000 simultaneously operating devices.

The project was implemented as a result of the excellent work of AUBG experts using the leading technological know-how and equipment of HPE and in partnership with the highly qualified team of Paraflow. The two companies have 20 years of joint experience in implementing strategic IT projects in Bulgaria.
