Paraflow Team develops an automated case management system in Jamaica

The project was carried out in collaboration between Cancom and Paraflow during 2018-2019, under the motto "Justice, security, accountability and transparency."

The core business functions of the system covered: case registration and management; electronic form submission and fee payment; automated jury selection and process management; report generation and statistical analysis for courts across the country; interdepartmental collaboration and data access; integration and storage of audio and video recordings.

The solution implemented by Cancom and Paraflow included three key components:

1.       Electronic Case Management System

2.       Supply, distribution, and installation of hardware infrastructure

3.       Training and ongoing support

Both teams received an exceptionally high evaluation for their technical competence and professionalism from the ‘Planning Institute of Jamaica’ upon the successful completion of the project at the end of 2019.
