The project "Supply of a Case Management System in selected Courts of the Ministry of Justice in Jamaica" ended successfully with an extremely high assessment of the technical competence and professionalism of Paraflow's experts
The project was implemented jointly between #Cancom and #Paraflow in the period 2018-2019 under the title "Justice, Security, Accountability and Transparency".
The main business functions of the system included: filing and managing court cases; electronic filling and possibility to pay fees; automated selection of jurors and process management; generation of reports and statistics for the courts throughout the whole country; cooperation between the individual units and access to data; integration of audio and video recordings and their storage.
The implemented solution by Cancom and Paraflow included three main components:
1. Electronic case management system
2. Delivery, distribution and installation of hardware infrastructure
3. Training and follow-up support.
Both teams received an extremely high rating for their technical competence and professionalism from the ‘Planning Institute of Jamaica’ , upon successful completion of the project at the end of 2019.
